There is a surviving wife and three surviving children. All property of the estate is community property. The will makes no provision for the the children unless the spouse had pre-deceased. </span></div><div class=""><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"><br class=""></span></div><div class=""><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">My question - does the personal representative need to obtain waivers of notice of filing of the declaration of completion of probate from the children who are not to receive probate assets? I note that RCW 11.68.110 requires notice to be sent to heirs or a signed, filed waiver from heirs.
