<div dir="ltr">I've used a Limited POA for the sale of real property in a similar situation before out here in Jefferson County. I just made a motion requesting the Court authorize the PR to delegate their authority under a Limited POA and attached the Limited POA. I then send the Limited POA, the Order on the motion, and a copy of the Letters Testamentary to the closing agent.<div><br></div><div>In my situation, we had nonintervention powers and I ultimately don't think we even needed the motion/order, but I took that route out of an abundance of caution, which should hopefully work irrespective of whether your PR has nonintervention powers.</div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br clear="all"><div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div style="font-family:arial;font-size:small">Best,</div><div style="font-family:arial;font-size:small">David J.
