<p class="MsoNormal">Apologies if this has been circulated before and I missed it. PC is the decedent’s son and a beneficiary under the will. PC is not the personal representative. PC has concerns that dad/decedent may not have been mentally competent when
he executed the will and would like to obtain dad’s medical records to verify. Personal Representative is balking at ordering the records.
