lived out of the country, in this case South Korea. I am wondering about
problems getting documents with valid notarization in South Korea and the
ability of the wife to get independent counsel. They will be getting
married here in San Juan County in July and would be moving to Singapore in
August. I am wondering if it is would just be wiser for them to seek
independent counsel (the husband would retain me) when they are here and execute
documents sufficiently in advance of their wedding. Your thoughts would be
