The point is for someone qualified to confirm they are who they say they are, so I can’t see why it would be a problem. <div class=""><p class="">All,</p><p class="">I have a client who is a resident here for whom I've prepared will, POA, HCD. He is out of state and would like to sign his docs as soon as possible.
