<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">It seems to me that the opposing attorney would fight the dismissal because the attorney did it correctly and got a judgement against “Jane Doe”. It is not
the plaintiff’s fault that your client is also named Jane Doe. Also, as I understand it, the judgement constitutes a lien on all real property in the County owed by Jane Doe but not specifically against that property and that Jane Doe. It seems your fight
is with the title company and not with the plaintiff (who may have a legitimate claim against the original Jane Doe) and prove that the your client is not the same Jane Doe as in the lawsuit.

Plaintiff's attorney has refused to respond to her calls for over a week and she has asked for my help in intervening. <o:p></o:p></p>
