I would infer that 11.125.240(g) requires some language in the trust which would allow the trustor/trustee to delegate their authority
under a POA. Absent that language, I’m not sure language in a POA is enough to access trust accounts. (Not that it matters much, but I know this is the UTC position, that both the POA and the Trust must allow the delegation.) Any reason not to install the
son as a Trustee to access the accounts? In my opinion, it is a best practice to have the Trustee control the trust accounts and the POA be used for non-trust accounts.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
