you have a purchase and sale agreement, it might require the seller to offer
certain warranties and representations concerning the quality of ownership of
the units, confirming that they have not been assigned anybody else and they are
not otherwise encumbered by a lien, etc. Or perhaps not. In any case, attached
is an old form I have on my computer, from about 2001, that I have used as a
starting point in past transactions, but it's old and I really can't say it
covers all the bases and it probably needs to be heavily

think that is relatively straightforward because it does not need
representations and warranties and so forth to the buyer; it's more or less a

25.15.116</A> governs admission of the new owner as
