Both the decedent’s girlfriend and I (as Administrator) have gone to Bank of America to close the account and transfer the monies into the Estate account to no avail.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Second, the same Bank of America has made a creditor’s claim for $5k on a VISA card. I have refused to pay the creditor’s claim, which is valid, because of the monies in the
bank account undisclosed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
