We have had two separate restraining order proceedings, one in the probate, one in an anti-harassment context, each cross-references the other, in order to protect the Estate property and the personal representative. All of it is directly related to the Estate. The proceedings have had multiple events and all have resulted in restraining orders and orders prohibiting the problem heir from entering the Estate property or stealing its assets, which haven't stopped him, at least in part. I want to take the costs of these proceedings out of his share. I plan to TEDRA this, given the broad scope of "matter" and 11.96A in general, and believe the local court will be in agreement. I just can't find the right search terms to locate any case or statutory authorities. The PR has used some of her personal funds to pay for the expenses, and some of the Estate rental income. The latter is not sufficient so she has supplemented. There will be distributions to all of the heirs, maybe $50,000. Anyone have any authorities, or thoughts?
