to appoint the same PR because of a found asset. The commissioner signed the order, I presented a new oath to the clerk and received new letters.

if the prior probate was closed as the PR was discharged with that closing. If the former PR is not serving and there was a Will, you will need to contact the PR and the alternate to see if they will sign waivers. If not, you will need to note for hearing
and give notice to not only them but other heirs/beneficiaries as well.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
