would not sign such a form, and don’t ask beneficiaries to do so either. Instead
I send an estate summary with an explanation of the financials of the estate
administration – not a full accounting, but a one or two page summary. I include
the necessary notice so that 30 days after sending we can distribute and close
anyway, BUT, if everyone signs and sends back their acceptance/approval of the
summary and proposed distribution, we can make distributions
earlier.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
