<p class="MsoNormal">A joint probate will work for this. The language in the pleadings can get a little unusual, as you need to open one as testate, and one as intestate, and then get Letters Testamentary, and also Letters of Administration. (unless anyone
else has a workaround for that, which I would be happy to hear!)<o:p></o:p></p>
