He asked the attorneys present to raise their hands if we thought a PR’s creditor claim had to be filed under TEDRA. A few hands were raised. Then he read RCW 11,40.140, which requires a petition to be filed under RCW 11.96A.080. He then talked about the cost of proceeding with the TEDRA Petition and advised that we should counsel our PR’s accordingly. Then he rejected a PR’s claim that had not been filed as a TEDRA.
