accounts in particular not held JTWROS) as they have not generally been receptive to Letters with both names and want separate EINs if they hold separate accounts for each spouse. Seems like this option works best when the reason for a joint probate is that
first spouse to die was never removed from real estate.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
