establish paternity post-mortem and child now receives $600/month of dad’s social security. Client is now married and step-dad would like to adopt the girl, but they do not want to give up the social security income that the girl receives. Would the adoption
cut off the social security income from the child’s biological father?<o:p></o:p></p>
