<p>I know that Washington permits a testamentary subdivision of one's property that may not otherwise conform to county code...in the past our county has taken the position that, yes, it's permitted but the holders (i.e., beneficiaries) are stuck with non-conforming
 parcels and cannot thereafter sell them.</p>

<p>Has anyone found a way around this?</p>
