Clients took a trip overseas and is unsure exactly when they plan to return to Washington. (The original plan was that the trip would last about a month.)<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Clients have reviewed the updated wills and have asked if the wills can be finalized and sent to them (via regular mail or electronically) in order to allow them to sign the wills and then return the wills to Washington for safekeeping. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The couple have a number of people around that can serve as witnesses, none of whom take under the will.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>My main concern is ensuring compliance with the formalities related to signing a will.
