<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Garamond","serif"">I did codicils for a married couple whose wills didn’t need a total re-do. Their wills were identical but for switched names. I kept a copy of one of the wills to use for the
codicil and I intended to get a copy of the other will when they came in to sign. Now post-signing, they are unable to find the original wills, including the one I copied.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Garamond","serif"">The wills were pretty simple. The codicils changed the PR and the beneficiaries; in other words the most important parts of the wills. If they can’t ever find their wills,
