<p class="MsoNormal">I’m seeking a couple of recommendations for a good guardian ad litem who can represent a group of minor and disabled beneficiaries in a complex matter where, in my opinion, the PR/trustee may have severely abused his fiduciary duties. I’d
like to make a couple of GAL proposals to the court so that I can ensure the beneficiaries have someone comfortable with what will be a pretty detailed forensic examination of the PR/trustee’s acts and those of his attorney, and who will aggressively litigate
on behalf of the beneficiaries if she or he discovers malfeasance.<u></u><u></u></p>
