Hoping someone more familiar with TEDRA can give me a little advice:<BR><br><BR>Contested funds in a probate are being held in the court registry.<span> </span>Party A says he is entitled to all the funds, and B, C and D say they are entitled to differing percentages of the funds.<span> </span><BR><span><br></span><BR>3 of the 4 parties have agreed to a proposed resolution.<span> </span>Can I draft a TEDRA agreement that resolves the dispute between A-B and A-C, and leave out the funds disputed by A-D (to be litigated between A-D sometime in the future)? <span> </span><BR><span><br></span><BR>If this helps, and without going into whose claim would prevail, A is the designated beneficiary of a financial account, and B,C and D are beneficiaries under a Super Will provision.<span> </span><BR><div><br></div><div>Thanks!</div><div><br></div><div>Jerry Sprute<br><br><br>Law Office of Gerald A.
