<div><font face="Calibri">If you give a notice to creditor to a creditor, who subsequently sends the debt to collection, do you have to send a 2<font size="1"><span style="font-size:8pt;"><sup>nd</sup></span></font> notice to creditor to the collection agent
when you receive a statement from the collection agent prior to the expiration date of the creditor claim period? I would think not, as it is not a new debt. How do you handle these situation?</font></div>

<div><font face="Calibri">Timing wise, creditor received Notice in February, in April, we received a statement from the collection agency, and the claim period ends in June.</font></div>
