<div dir="ltr">I have a bankruptcy client that passed away prior to the 341 meeting. We need a PR appointed in order to complete the bankruptcy. The client died here, but owns a home in Nevada with some equity. He has very little personal property here. Do we need to open a probate here or can it just be done in Nevada? I will need a referral to a Nevada probate attorney in either case.<br clear="all"><br>-- <br><div class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div>Adria Vondra<br>Attorney at Law<br>Vondra Law Firm, PLLC</div><div>15600 Redmond Way, Ste 201</div><div>Redmond, WA 98052</div><div><a href="mailto:avondra@vondralawfirm.com" target="_blank">avondra@vondralawfirm.com</a></div><div><br></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
