<p class="MsoNormal">Mr. Ott, according to the WSBA website, appears to have resigned in lieu of disbarment in 2009. Attempts to contact Mr. Ott have proven unavailing. The WSBA has not yet responded to the question of whether Mr. Ott’s files were put in
the care of another attorney when he resigned.<o:p></o:p></p>
