<p>Don't know if this is relevant to your question, but an
experienced RE atty once told me he's gotten a title company to
consider a small estate affidavit sufficient for real property
where the RE value was low enough that the title company felt
there was no real risk involved. <br>

revocable trust. Determined that H died intestate and estate
not probated. Any one know if Title Co (if yes which one)
will allow a non probate affidavit and Deed to Trust ? My
experience has only been when there was a sale and they do
Title Insurance Policy? </div>
