<html><body><div>I believe that there is case law that states a notarization is not invalid without the seal as long as the notary has signed properly and the date that their appointment or commission expires appears and it is not on or before the date of notarization. </div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>This might be another route to take.
