address it with language in a SNT because truly you cannot cover it all. Whatever if the bipolar leads to drug abuse? Should you have a provision in there as well covering rehab? The idea of a SNT is to give the discretion to the trustee to utilize the
assets of the trust that improves the quality of life for the beneficiary while maintaining eligibility for government programs.
