<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">I have a new problem. I opened a probate on behalf of a deceased defendant who was involved in a MVA prior to his death. I was appointed Administrator in Thurston County and when I sent my Ntc of Pendency
to potential heirs/family, a brother called and said he had opened and closed a Thurston County probate in 2014. When I had researched online at
<a href="http://www.courts.wa.gov">www.courts.wa.gov</a> , the old filing didn’t come up…<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">I have reopened estates before for this very purpose. I am well within the statute of limitations to dismiss new estate and re-file re-opening the estate. Is this necessary or can I proceed in the estate
that is opened? Is only one estate in WA allowed for each deceased person? I didn’t find anything in RCW 11 statute …<o:p></o:p></span></p>
