I gave a 30 day notice that their right to be there was ending, but then the judge ruled that the delinquent heir was a squatter. It seemed odd at the time, but the more I think about it, the more it makes sense. rent and has lease to November, 2015. The sister of Administrator who is a known drug addict has been living in complete horror, filth, selling off scrap metals from yard, taking rent from upper tenant for several months after death of father… you get the

home, in which all the family shared in the profits.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

another tenant. Is the only way to accomplish this to file TEDRA action? Sister has collected rents and sold metals for money that should be repaid but since she is a drug addict, that is probably not likely.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
