with the same facts except the decedent helped the friend by setting up a JTWROS
account. Bank official testified that decedent was told everything that
needed to be said to her regarding the JTWROS. $50,000 gift, and by the
time the charity gave up the friend had gone through $30,000 in attorney fees
and costs.</DIV>

were recently involved (from a distance) in litigation on that issue. See

had our PR get separate counsel to represent her as a creditor – so we mostly
stood on the sidelines while the beneficiaries fought it out. The court
allowed the PR to take more from the estate (it’s a long story about how
exactly, but short story is she received a greater portion of the

the last year of her life. Friend would go get her prescriptions, do her
