<DIV>I opened an intestate probate two months ago.  This week, the 

Administrator (and heir) found a 1976 Will.  The disposition of assets 

under the Will is to the 2 heirs in equal shares, same as under the Intestate 

Status.  Do I need to file a petition/motion to convert the intestate 

probate to a testate? and if so, does anyone have a sample I could look 

at?</DIV>
