<p class="MsoNormal">Decedent's small apartment (lower Queen Anne, Seattle) needs to be cleaned out--nothing terrible, just odds and ends that should all go to Goodwill or to the trash. The family has already removed sentimental items and anything they want,
so just need to vacate the apartment and hopefully give it a broom-cleaning like at the end of a tenancy.<o:p></o:p></p>
