Wife #2 has been appointed administrative of estate and has filed litigation v. construction company for death of father.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Problem: We have appeared in probate and filed request for special notice of proceedings.
