<FONT FACE="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>Does anyone have suggestions for language to include in a power of attorney that allows the attorney in fact to act on behalf of a trustee of a revocable trust (or reasons why it can’t/shouldn’t be included)?  The principal’s trust agreement authorizes it, and a bank is asking for specific language in order for the attorney in fact to access funds in a trust bank account.<BR>
