[WSBAPT] Advance Gift from Trust

Former client's estate is in a revocable trust. One of the beneficiaries
will receive a substantial sum when he passes. They are very old friends.

Grantor/Trustee has learned that Beneficiary has an urgent need for money
now and would like to advance her gift.

What kind of acknowledgment/agreement is needed: unilateral or mutual?
