[WSBAPT] Amending a Will

Hi Jordan,

While my general preference is to draft a new Will there are times when a
codicil makes sense and I go that route.  The factors I consider when
moving forward are the extent of any changes, the age of the Will, and the
type of changes (for example, a new marriage, an adopted child, etc.). With
computers now, updating a Will is not as difficult as it was back in the
day (I'm old).  Furthermore, I often will discuss updating the "related
documents" (Power of Attorney forms and Living Will) based on those same
factors.
