[WSBAPT] Provision in NJDRA for Late-Discovered Debts

Some time ago, there was discussion regarding language that some practitioners include in a NJDRA to address the possibility of late-discovered debts (such as taxes).  I will be preparing an NJDRA for a client where the creditor claim period has expired, more than two years have passed since the decedent passed, and all known claims and expenses have been paid.  He wants to include a provision in the NJDRA that requires his siblings to contribute their pro-rata share of any taxes that the IRS may claim are owed later down the road (as unlikely as that may be).  Are any of you willing to share language you have used to address this risk/circumstance?
