Yes! I have a colleague that i have met through networking named Andrea Roth, she is Bay Area based but has a great company that can help.  Here is the link to their website where you can request appraisal. If there is no response within a day or so - have them reach out again as they just had a technical glitch with one of my clients a week or so back and the information never came through but as soon as contact was made the work was initiated immediately.
