[WSBAPT] Referral needed for EP attorney in LA County

Hi Genissa,

I used to practice law in the Pasadena area.  I can make a few
recommendations in the areas you mentioned, but first, can you tell me if
the estate is subject to federal estate tax or not?  Additionally, are
there any unique assets within the estate, such as businesses, private
equity, tangible personal property of significant worth, etc.?    I don't
want to recommend a planner that can do "all the things" and bill at a high
rate when your clients need a relatively straightforward plan.
