[WSBAPT] probate referral - Mandarin speaker

Hello all-potential client is surviving unmarried partner of intestate decedent. 20+ year relationship, sounds like a lot of the accounts and other property is JTWROS, but there is also real estate involved and I'm not sure about how it's titled.

It's something I'd take except the PC would prefer someone who speaks Mandarin. Any potential referrals, self-referrals?
