[WSBAPT] TODD and Testamentary Trust

Yes, see RCW 64.80.010 defining “person” to include a trust.  But that means there will be a probate in order to establish the testamentary trust, which in turn makes me wonder why use a TODD instead of making an RLT and deeding the property to the RLT?
