[WSBAPT] Creditor notice question

I take the position that you DO NOT.  The agency was not a known creditor.
I would simply issue a rejection in accordance with the statute and let 30
days run.  I have a case where I feel like the collection agencies did not
follow the statute and just sent out 8 rejections in the same case today.
