[WSBAPT] Referral for Asset Protection Attorney

WA does not recognize self-settled trust for the settlor's own benefit (RCW
19.36.020).  Has anyone researched if the Settlor can be one of more than
one beneficiaries under this statute?

Also, probably all of you have read this but WA case In Re Huber, 493 B.R.
798 (2013) requiring settlor to have substantial relation to the state in
which a trust is made to be recognized and, basically, if WA has the most
significant relationship to the Trust, WA law will be applied.
