Try NW Trustee and Management. I just talked to them today and they will serve as co-trustee with a spouse on a marital trust. They may also do so in your client's situation.

Agree with Brent.  Due to liability and it just being much more difficult to work with a non-professional co-trustee, most professional trustees refuse to serve as co-trustee.  I don’t blame them.

You may see if Trustor’s daughter wants to resign as a co-trustee.

If anyone has a name for this, please share.

A few years back, I attempted a similar thing and every professional fiduciary I know (who are all wonderful and spectacular in their own right) refused to serve as a co-trustee with a non-professional. The fear of liability made it such that they wanted either total control or none at all.

If this has changed - please do share with the group.
