I had a case a few years ago with Scott Malavotte, a CPG that some of you probably know. He was willing to serve as Agent under a DPOA at a reasonable hourly rate. He strikes me as someone who is not risk averse, so you might pitch your co-trustee request to him Steve.

I've often thought of setting up shop - so many places require a minimum amount and charge a lot.  I'm not sure what Northwest Trustee and Management charges these days but I have referred clients to them and have had success.  They have offices here in Spokane and in Boise.
