[WSBAPT] Professional Trustee

[Brent Williams-Ruth]

If anyone has a name for this, please share.

A few years back, I attempted a similar thing and every professional
fiduciary I know (who are all wonderful and spectacular in their own right)
refused to serve as a co-trustee with a non-professional. The fear of
liability made it such that they wanted either total control or none at
all.

If this has changed - please do share with the group.
