[WSBAPT] Referral for non-probate situation

[Ann Manley]

Potential client is daughter of decedant. No probate was started, and
apparantly step-dad has received all assets. PC is concerned that step-dad
may be acting improperly. He has now stopped communicating with PC and her
siblings (including her step-siblings). There is also a pending wrongful
death claim, as decedent was killed in an automobile accident that was
step-dad's fault.

Would anyone like to talk to this potential client about what if anything
can be done to monitor the step-dad's activity?
