Greetings List Members -
In the past week, I have opened four new probate matters with King County
Superior Court.
As is now the custom, my office will retrieve the Letters
Testamentary/Administration by going into KC Script, using the "Records
Request" search feature, then purchase the Letters Testamentary from the
Docket, download it to my own file and go about my business.
On my end, something has changed and I am writing to see if anyone else has
experienced this.
Though our process has not changed at all - only the person who actually
downloaded the Letters are able to open the file as it is coming up with a
"damaged file" message for the other one of us (it's just me and my office
director).
We can solve the problem by the original downloader using the "Print to
PDF" function and saving a new file.....
Before i reach out to King County Clerk, I wanted to see if anyone else was
noticing this? It began last Thursday and two were opened yesterday and
happened with the Letters this morning.
Thank you!
Brent
