[WSBAPT] Motion to compel filing Oath to get Letters

We have an unusual situation where we are representing an heir to an estate.  Notice of unavailability has been filed for months to end of summer by probate attorney.
The probate attorney filed and received an Order opening probate in January 2026.  No OATH was filed and no Letters issued following the Order.  Home looks like it is to be listed for sale soon.
Has anyone filed a motion and set hearing to compel the filing of the OATH to issue letters or appoint another Admin. due to considerable delay?
If yes, I would love to see your motion and order.  It is in Snohomish County S. Court.
