There has been discussion about this on the listserv in the last couple of weeks.  : )'

Basically only one choice these days, cheap or otherwise:  Skagit Valley Herald.  The cheap one is gone, but the Herald brought its cost down to compete when the La Conner Weekly was still functioning.

Am looking for help locating an inexpensive newspaper that publishes Notices to Creditors in Skagit County.
(The paper does Not have to be in Skagit County, but am looking for one that publishes this type of probate Notice in Skagit County.)
